"This is one of the first drinks we created for Ante," says Matt Young. "We couldn’t think of
a name for it for ages and was just known as the ‘ol’ favourite’. It’s a
combination that just works and is super tasty and refreshing."


30ml Hoshiko ‘Original Ume Liqueur’
20ml Cynar
20ml Heiwa Shuzo Yuzushu
Fever Tree mediterranean tonic water, to top

METHOD

1. Build the in the ingredients in a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
