Slam Dunk Sour
A partnership between the premier basketball league and Maison Hennessy brought about some clever cocktails to celebrate the past NBA season, including their take on a Whisky Sour. Aptly named the Slam Dunk.
45ml Hennessy V.S. Cognac
25ml lemon juice
20ml eggwhite or aquafaba (see note)
Mint sprig, to garnish
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake super hard until well-chilled.
2. Double strain into a rocks glass, top with fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
